Our wide range of product editions, licensing models and maintenance plans ensures you can find the right purchase options for your organization. Features and functionality of on-premises products may differ from features and functionality of cloud offerings, even when purchased together as hybrid offerings. The service package purchased determines your service entitlement. The service description includes an overview and other terms applicable to your service: https://www.citrix.com/buy/licensing/saas-service-descriptions.html. All components of the service, including hybrid rights, are licensed only to the same Users, Devices, or Concurrent devices. You may not authorize different Users, Devices, or Concurrent devices for each component. If the service package purchased is a Citrix Cloud transition or trade-up package with hybrid rights, those perpetual on-premises licenses which are the subject of the transition or trade-up are rescinded upon the purchase, but are replaced with term on-premises licenses for a license model and term defined by the relevant transition or trade-up SKU. See TTU details here.  If the service package purchased is Citrix Cloud Add-on, you will receive term on-premises licenses for the term and license model of your corresponding Citrix Cloud subscription. If the service package purchased is Citrix DaaS Premium Plus under the Concurrent license model, with respect to the Security & Performance Analytics component, your license entitlement is User or Device based for a quantity of Users or Devices equaling triple the number of Concurrent licenses purchased. Any prepaid Citrix Software Maintenance, CSS support, or Subscription Advantage on any rescinded perpetual licenses terminates with those licenses. You shall have no right to credit or refund for any rescinded licenses or those services.
Citrix Cloud on-premises components may only be used in conjunction with Citrix Cloud services pursuant to the applicable terms of service.
Citrix Application Delivery Management allows a mix of up to 10 Virtual IP Address licenses to be used to license MAS deployed on-premises and on Citrix Cloud.
RDS CALs and SQL Server, if included with your product, is licensed by Microsoft under its license model and license terms. With respect to devices connected to the Internet, Workspace app for this product may, without additional notice, check for updates that are available for download and installation to the device and let the user know of their availability. Only non-personal identifiable information is transmitted when this happens, except to the extent that IP addresses may be considered personally identifiable in some jurisdictions. If you license Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Premium Edition, you may use the WEM component to support physical desktops which are not part of a VDA deployment in addition to your VDA deployment, but total usage of WEM may not exceed total licenses purchased. A full component/feature entitlement listing for each edition of this product is set forth within the matrix at:Â https://www.citrix.com/products/citrix-virtual-apps-and-desktops/feature-matrix.html. You are licensed to use only the features of your edition. This product may be used to provide application services to internal users or third parties, but total usage is limited to the number of licenses purchased.
With active Customer Success Services, all Editions of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops include Citrix App Layering. If you are licensed for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Premium Edition, you may also use the User Layers and Advanced Configuration features of Citrix App Layering. User Layers enables writable layers for personalization. Advanced Configuration is for deploying layers to multiple hypervisor types, clouds, provisioning mechanisms, or broker types. All Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops editions include Citrix Hypervisor Advanced Edition.
If your product is XenApp Fundamentals, it is offered only under the Named User license model and is available with Microsoft RDS CALs.
