Every member of the Sunol Tech team is personally responsible for conducting business in a legal and ethical manner – after all, Integrity and Accountability are two of our shared values. We stress the importance of doing what’s right when making decisions and acting in the best interest of Tech Data, our channel partners and our colleagues. This commitment goes beyond legal compliance to include Ethics, Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance. Tech Data has an office of Ethics and Compliance, with dedicated full-time resources and Ethics Advisors across all regions.
